Lego Power Functions' Motors

There are three different types of Power Functions' motors: the Medium Motor (Power Functions M-Motor) for speed, the XL-Motor (Power Functions XL- Motor  for power and the Train Motor (Power Functions Train Motor) for trains. For the Train Motor, you need to use the Power Functions Infared Speed Remote Control.

Lego Mindstorms NXT 2.0

Lego Mindstorms ( LEGO.com MINDSTORMS : Home ( Go there to see pieces)) is an electric building system that allows kids to program Motors and sensors. The NXT 2.0 is for 10+ ages and 619 pieces.

Lego Tehnic Motorized Excavator

The Lego Technic ( LEGO.com TECHNIC: Home ) product line has a set called Motorized Excavator + Power Functions ( LEGO.com Powerfunctions : Home (Go there to see the pieces)). Lego Power Functions enables kids to play with powered sets. 

The Lego Technic Motorized Excavator is for 12-16 ages and has 1127 Pieces. It has one Battery Box, two Infrared Receivers, two Infrared Remote Controls and four Medium Motors.

Lego Gear Situation

This is the base of a truck. So far, it is a bunch of gears together that will soon be attached to the back  wheel for steering. The base has seven gears: one eight teethed gear, two twelve teethed gears, one twenty teethed gear, two twenty-four teethed gears and a worm gear.
